Another generous donation

The Mersey School of Anaesthesia has made the very generous donation of £5,000 to So the Child May Live as part of our fund-raising effort for the Close the Gap fight against childhood cancer in Nepal.  Drs Tushar Dixit and Catherine Gerrard from the School of Anaesthesia (front row right) met some of the officers of our charity, together with members of the Liverpool Nepali Community in Liverpool for the official handover.

The Liverpool Nepali Community also presented a plaque expressing their delight at supporting So the Child May Live to help children with cancer in Nepal.  It was a joyous occasion, particularly since their wonderful gift will be doubled by the UK government as part of the fight to save the lives of children in one of the world’s poorest countries.
